Esignal delayed feed

Hi there I use TT as my futures feed but I want to test some equities (Aus) and FX strategies on a tick level basis in NT can I use the delayed esignal feed (called On Demand) for that? It says it cant be used with 3rd party software apps though so I am not sure? It seems a cost effective option if you can though?
