Does the output need to be open along with the chart for automatic trading.

Does the output need to be open along with the chart for automatic trading? My system froze unexpectedly and stayed in one position. I had to restart the strategy to get it working again.

Thank you for your post.

If you're referring to the NinjaScript Output window, no, it does not need to be open while a script is running. Scripts that write large amounts of data to this window may cause performance issues, however. Other things that can cause performance issues are drawing a large number of drawing objects, numerous order modifications in a small amount of time, complex logic, especially that which utilizes tick data, and other more minor items.
