Hi Im having a connection problem. I enter my password fine but the platform just hangs at "connecting". I checked my settings and they were ok. I connect through a cable modem and everything was fine yesterday, no changes were done.
Looking at my tracefile it says Newstats: PATS call back logon status".
I tried the steps on the support pages but they did not resolve anything either. I do have a firewall up, but even shutting that down was to no effect.
What can I do further?
