ninja trader esignal ondemand

Hi, im using NT with zenfire and i think it was a good idea to have historical datas.;-)
so i purchase esignal on demand.

But i can't connect to NT ?

Any hints ?

Please let me know what error you are receiving so I can resolve your inquiry.

I'd make a connection as described in faq.

daily host: CM*.esignal.Com
the Datamanager from esignal is started but esignal don't.

Same will happen if Datamanager off und esignal also.

My account from esignal is the "ondemand" all countries.

error:
Login failed: unable to connect to daily host.

That's it.

username + pwd id is correct- trust me. ;-)

These errors occur when you have a box filled when you create your connection which you are not entitled to. Please remove your connection in NinjaTrader and recreated it, please leave any boxes empty that you aren't subscribed for.
