Loading volume charts does not work

Hi,

have a problem loading a volume chart I don't know how to tackle. Here are the steps executed:

- Start NT
- Open an EURUSD 150 Tick chart loading around 1 week of data
- Selecting a 1000 Volume chart

NT now eats up over 1Gbyte of RAM (NT size increases from 107KByte to 1.3GByte). But the desired volume chart hasn't loaded. Please have a look at the attached screen shot.

What data feed are you connected to?



Are there any errors in your log tab?



What are your computer specs?

Hi Michael,

for this little crash test I am not connected to a provider. I load a chart with tick date based on what was collected into my NT-database. Then I try to switch from the tick chart to the volume chart.

The source of collected data is IB.

I use Windows XP with 2GB RAM.

Here is the whole content of the log:
