    Problem with your Bots

    A few weeks ago I bought a five bought strategy package from Ninjacators. Ever since I installed it, I have had trouble starting ninja trader. I usually run it all week, shut down NT and back it up. Then I shut down my VPS for the weekend. For the last three weeks, without fail, I cannot start NT8. It just suspends for some reason. Today I started in in safe mode and it did start, but of course in safe mode I can't run those strategies. In a separate email I will send my trace and log files, but I saw this in the trace file from today's startup and it makes suspicious that the source of my issue is the bot strategies.

    Here's what I saw in the trace file:

    NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.Ninjacators.Rob ots.TrendStalker' with ID '243621542'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.
    2022-04-03 19:46:26:699 ERROR: Unable to restore strategy 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.Ninjacators.Ro bots.LowVolatilityRider' with ID '243621544'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.
    2022-04-03 19:46:26:699 ERROR: Unable to restore strategy 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.Ninjacators.Ro bots.BackToTheFutures' with ID '243621545'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.
    2022-04-03 19:46:26:699 ERROR: Unable to restore strategy 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.Ninjacators.Ro bots.ChaosTheory' with ID '243621546'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.
    2022-04-03 19:46:26:699 ERROR: Unable to restore strategy 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.CPX2ChopRev3' with ID '243622414'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.
    2022-04-03 19:46:26:699 ERROR: Unable to restore strategy 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.Strategies.CPX2ChopRev3' with ID '243622437'. Most likely this strategy no longer is supported by the custom assemblies.

    Please advise because right now I can't even trade.

    I would suggest reaching out to Ninjacators directly in this regard. These errors would indeed indicate that they no longer function, e.g. due to a missing/corrupted file.

    Ninjacators would be better able to assess this in further detail.
