Chart times printed

I have a question about the times.
My PC clock is synced.
But it seems NT bars open at 5 minutes into the future as it is printed on the chart axis.
The 9:30 real world time opening bar.
Prints as opening at 9:35 on the NT chart.
This is for a 5 min chart for example.
And also when a new bar opens sometimes it can take 5-6 seconds for it to draw.
And the lag to the server is not that much.
I have tested this on a pc with nothing else on it but NT.
Full new clean install not 1 indicator on chart not 1 imported custome indicator and it does the same.
Any ideas?

Can you please check if your PC clock as well as the time zone setting are setup correctly.

NinjaTrader uses your PC clock to display times in charts and time stamp bars. I suggest to synchronize your PC clock using an atomic clock and check once more.

Yeah the clocks fine.I just updated then with time-a.nist.gov. It doesn't change it. The bars open exactly 5 minutes into the future they always have actually. This is with zenfire feed.

This is as expected. NinjaTrader time stamps its bars at the close of a bar.

The 5 minute bar with a time of 9:35 contains data from 9:30 to 9:34:59.
