ATM strategy changes quantity on its own

I have a single bracket ATM strategy set to a default quantity of 5 contracts.

When I enter a trade, it enters correctly (5 contracts), however while the trade is open, the Order qty field changes to 1 contract.

Usually when the trade is closed, the quantity reverts back to 5 contracts, but occasionally it stays at one contract and I find to my surprise that I am only in a single contract trade the next time I execute.

Do I have something setup incorrectly here?

Thank you for your post.

I beleive you have a scale quantity entered. Please right click in your order entry screen and select properties. Scroll down to "Scale quantity" and set it to 0.
