Try right hand click --- > References...

then delete, C:\document and setting\users\my documents\ninja trader 6.5....

then add back d:\my document.....

Unfortunately this is not supported. Please move the folder back to its original location to resolve these errors.

I moved the My Documents from my C:\documents and Settings\me\My Documents to the D drive d:\My Documents.. and when I try to compile a strategy I get an error message looking for NinjaTrader Vendor.dll on the default path of C:.. Where do I edit the path so NT can find these files on D and not on C...
