    Any one else experiencing connection failure with ZenFire ???

    We have not had any mass reports of Zen-Fire connection inquiries, please let me know what errors you are running into so I can help resolve this.

      Thanks Michael

      It was a connection unavailable I believe it was 10000 or something similar. It happened a couple of times as the markets rallied/accelerated off the low. Right now the connection is fine. For further review as to why this happened do I need to contact the broker ??

          Zen-fire connection problems

          No adequate connection to Zen fire (Mirus). 13 & 14 of November. To be more clear connection does exist but data flow seems to be freezed. Let us see on day session.

            Hello IL,

            Am I correct the lower left corner of the Control Center states "Connected - *connection name*" in green?

            If so, please close all windows except the Control Center. Check if you receive data in the Control Center.

            If so, open up new charts and other windows and check if they populate with data.

                Zen-Fire

                I am getting a Login Failed:Unable to login (20051) when attemting to connect to Zen- Fire. Anyone else experiencing this this evening ??

                    Performed reboot, same issue. Computer has been running for NT with Zen-Fire for over 9 months. Checked that the computer clock is correct, NT is version 6.5.1000.8

                      Tested connection to yahoo, was conected. Removed the Zen-Fire connection, then added it back again. Still cannot connect.

                      Hope I don't have to go through an uninstall and reinstall

                        Please sync your PC clock and let me know if you're able to connect, if not could you send an e-mail to support at NinjaTrader dot com with your login information so we can test this on our side. Add ATTN: Mike to the subject line.

                        You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.
