Where do I enter "close at time" values?

and add it to a strategy?

or use it on "naked" fills?

I can't find the extended options under the "strategies" tab like shown in some of the tutorials where the setting of this option is shown.

Set the time under Tools--->Options--->Misc tab.
Then when you have an open position in SuperDOM, right click, enable Close at time.
