My account Balance changed over the weekend

So Im trying to find out why my account went form 1020.00 to 875.82 over the weekend. I did no more trading at close of day friday no open trades. Also when I checked my daily statement it showed I took no trades friday which is completely false. I have sent emails in with no response and now Im concerned that this my not be the first time this has happened to my account.
