Adding a futures ticker to the depth chart?

How do I add something other than BTC to the depth chart? Currently using the NinjaTrader CQG second tier data.

Thank you for your inquiry.

While designed with cryptos in mind, the Depth Chart may also be used with futures. To select an instrument on the Depth Chart, you will right-click on the window and select 'Instruments'. You can then either select an instrument from one of the instrument lists, or you can choose 'Search' to look through the master instrument list to find your instrument.

Another way to switch/select instruments is to simply begin typing the instrument symbol with the Depth Chart window selected. More information about the Depth Chart may be found at the link below;

Thanks Zachary, for some reason all I have the ability to search for is Crypto. With futures I am able to see the full DOM, as well as the Orderflow tools, but the Depth Chart doesn't work.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

I followed up with this user via email, but wanted to post the resolution publicly for anyone that is experiencing the same. The capability to view futures in the Depth Chart was added in NinjaTrader 8.24.3, and this user had an older release. If you want to use the Depth Chart with futures, you will need to upgrade to the most recent version.
