when setting the symbol to 15 days back on a 60 minute day only chart, I only get 9 days back, but when changing the same ES symbol to 180 bars, I get all bars displayed. How come??

Can you tell me what data feed you are connecting to?

Just to clarify, you are charting the ES 12-08 contract?

Zen Fire data feed, yes, ES 12-08

I am able to get data back until 10/28/08 for both 60 and 180 minute charts.

Make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader and have "use NinjaTrader servers" checked in the ZenFire connection setup.

You are right, make sure you have historical data enabled.

Please right click in your chart and select "Reload historical data" and tell me what the last date is in your 60 min chart.
