Something has changed as of Monday 1/3/2022 Ninjatrader 7 and data

The 12/31 image you will see swing numbers several, 4 Yellow Boxes drawn and 3 Yellow Trade arrows up.


The 01/04 image has none of these. So what did you guys change from this past Friday.

My Strat is the same. No No No the Ninja7 version is the same - This is not an OLD VERSION ISSUE- This is something in the data or a change by Ninjatrader7 in supported function. Many years of development costs lost. Not acceptable!!!!

Stranger still - If load data back to and including last Friday 12/31, my Strat loads correctly for the 1st and 2nd. Strange

So we may look into this further, please answer the following questions.

• What are the exact Data Series settings that you are using to populate the chart? Please send a screenshot of the Data Series settings you are using.
• What data provider are you connected to?

To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image.

Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
