Downloading replay data not available

The market replay data downloader is not working properly on all instruments in NT7.

Since of yesterday I try to download data for ES 09-21 and ES 12-21. For both series a pop up shows there is no market data available. As I have never experienced issues earlier with this instrument, this error message seems a bit off.

The same holds for data on MBT series. I was able to download MBT 12-21 for the week starting with the 9th December, but the previous series 09-21 is not availabe, where is was before.

What had changed, or is this a temporary issue NT side?

I have no issues downloading any instruments available on our servers currently. Keep in mind that Market Replay data is only available for 90 days.

What specific date are you attempting to download?

Was any download active when you tried to download another instrument? You can monitor this in the bottom left of your Control Center. Here is an example: https://www.screencast.com/t/gjNyZtILgX

Does the symptom persist if you restart your PC?
