Unable to connect to remote server error

Hi,

NT7 writes a message about connection error: "Unable to connect to remote server error" - connecting to futures data. I have a live NT license, paid CQG data from DormanTrading. I also tried free data from ninjatrader, but I can't connect. I can connect NT8 to paid and free data without any problems. Is this a server maintenance, or is there a problem on my side? As I wrote, NT8 works. My other three friends get the same problem.

Thank you for your note.

At the current time, these accounts are no longer compatible with NinjaTrader 7 and would only be able to connect within NinjaTrader 8.

While we are currently investigating whether this can be adjusted, it is possible this might be a limit of CQG's accounts and cannot easily be resolved.

As NinjaTrader 7 is over 13 years old, we do not plan to develop it further and are focusing our development efforts on NinjaTrader 8 exclusively, which would further complicate a solution in this regard.

Would using NinjaTrader 8 be an option? If so, you should not experience any issues connecting to this account using NinjaTrader 8.
