When setting up my charts, I have to wait a long time or I also do not get data for my chart . I get a please wait retrieving data window and nothing happens. what am I doing wrong?

Who are you connected to? What type of chart are you requesting? How many days back of historical data are you requesting?

GAIN only has 24 hours of back dataavailable and the download is extremely slow. There is no way around this at this time. We are going to make available multiple years of historical data on our own servers which will download much quicker but that is not until early next year.RayNinjaTrader Customer ServiceComment
