Cannot connect to account

i lost my account connection and when i tried to reconnect the following message appeared:

login failed: Unable to initialize GAIN account properly (3): Specified
cast is not valid. : at NinjaTrader.Gain.GainAdapter.UpdateAccount()
at Ninjatrader.Gain.GainAdapter.OnRateHandlerConnecte dProcess()

What does that mean? and what to do i need to do in order to be able to reconnect to my account?

I have the same problem. It started when i run a strategy. I see 2 short outstanding position. I use superdom manager to clear 1 short then 'boom'.... My account got disconnected. I restart but it cannot connect. it gave me this message. i try reinstall the software but still doesn't work.

It seems there was a minor change in GAIN's API that caused this connection problem. The issue has been resolved and you should be able to connect to your live account today.
