Can't connect to Accounts/NT Continuum

I was able to place trades today, now when I can't connect to NT Continuum. I get an error message saying "Network connection to the Order Routing System unavailable."

Is there something I need to do?

The behavior you are experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.

That's fine, do you know the maintenance schedule? Also, is there a link to show server status?

Unfortunately, maintenance is not announced in advance. There isn't a publicly available schedule.

On the platform support team, we do not have any resources to inform us when maintenance will begin or end.
