Zen Fire ES Historical Data

I am using zen fire feed and recently I've been getting numerous errors loading my longer term charts. I have a ES CVB chart going back 20-30 days and I get an error like unable to load data. This is very recent and started around the time when I upgraded to .7 from .6; a week ago. I may try going back to .6 to see what happens but I think it may be something on ninja/zen fire side. Any input is appreciated.

Are you pulling more data than you have stored in your NT database and/or your data feed provides? Zen-Fire doesn't provide that much historical data.

If you feel you have the data but there is a problem please send us an email from Help>Mail to Support and reference the link to this thread within the text of the email so we can look at your log and trace files.

Zen fire always has provided me with this much data. I used to trade NQ and I had my chart going back months.

This may be because you had Tools>Options>Data tab>Store real-time checked which will store the incoming data in your database as it comes in. To avoid this in the future go to File>Utilities>Backup often and always check Database so you can always restore it if need be. This link may be helpful:

Figured out the problem was upgrading to .7. Went back to .6 and the error went away. The error was: System.OutOfMemoryException

I recommend using 6.5.1000.7.

This error usually means your PC is running low on memory. Please check your computer files and folder and see where the memory is being used most and try to reduce it.

Version 6.5.1000.6 may have unexpected results.
