Failed to download NinjaTrader

    Failed to download NinjaTrader

    I'm trying to install NT, but get the error message "Failed to download Ninjatrader". Installation stops. I found only this: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=3683

    I am using high speed access, firewall is turn off. I tried clearing internet browser and cache before attempting to download NinjaTrader again.

    So, can you mail me an installation CD. My email address is in my profile.

    Thank you for your note.

    First please try the following:
    Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.
    • Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
    • Delete your browsing history
    • Attempt the download again
    If the above does not work then try:
    • Repeat above instructions
    • Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download
    If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide a mailed copy.

      Thank you for your help. The problem was my internet browser, firefox not work correctly but IE no problem.
