Price Difference

[Eintopf]

I wonder about price differences on my charts sometimes of futures or fx between weekly/daily and minutes data ....

For example the 6B weekly end price last week on my chart : 1.3881 and on minutes data : 13859 last price ...

Happens also on daily and miutes data....( using always instrument settings )

Any idea ?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Unfortunately, the files did not come through.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com ATTN 3251877 Dennis
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
