    NT direct

    can I use NT direct through velocity or just amp/mirus?

    Hi MCW7C:

    Thank you for your post.

    The NT Direct Edition is only offered by our broker partners who connect using the Zenfire datafeed technology, which are Mirus Futures and AMP Futures.

    Velocity uses the Trading Technologies datafeed and therefore does not offer the NT Direct Edition.

    Please note, the NT Direct Edition has many limitations including no access to OCO orders such as profit targets and stop loss orders, no access to ATM strategies (breakeven and trailing stops), automated strategies, backtesting capabilities and market replay.

          please... WHY NOT OCO orders in direct license....at least OCO orders should work with that version...since Ninza it's the only frond end with Zen-fire engine....

            Hi trader65,

            If you like to use all features of the software upon trading live, you will need to purchase a license directly from us.

            This will allow you to use Zen-Fire with OCO orders and all other features.

              Jason,

              I have a multibroker license NT and use Velocity Futures with Trading Technologies. The automated strategy generates stop loss orders and these are rejected for the ICE TF contract. This is a snippet of the log:
              Order='0e2e55b934964af0a497d6f0579e2b09/519*******' Name='LX1_SLReject' New State=PendingSubmit Instrument='TF 12-09' Action=Sell Limit price=0 Stop price=0 Quantity=1 Type=Market Filled=0 Fill price=0 Error=NoError Native error='',
              11/30/2009 3:18:46 PM,Default,LX1 StopLoss Order REJECTED. Exit Long @ Market.,
              11/30/2009 3:18:46 PM,Order,GW:Unsupported order type (Mkt). Order (TT Order Key=02AD9H550) Affected Order: Sell 1 Stop @ 572.4,

              Assistance is appreciated.

                Hello TJ,

                Please create a new thread in the future.

                The rejection error indicates the type of order (market order) you submitted is not supported. I suggest to modify your strategy, so it will not submit market orders.
