How To: show current "position size" in "market analyzer" in relation to Ameritrade

Apologies if i've missed a post that details but;

How do i get my current Ameritrade "position size" and "position avg. price" to render in the columns within the "market analyzer?

Hello larkmail,

To display information for a live account within your "Position size" and "Position avg price" column settings select your TD Ameritrade account from the Account drop down menu.

Also I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

I have the same question/problem but not understanding the reply, "select your TD Ameritrade account from the Account drop down menu." Where do I find the account drop down menu ? None available in market analyzer.

To access the Account setting right click in the Market Analyzer->Columns->Select the column you want to modify within the Configured section->On the right in the Properties should see an Account option where you can specify which account you used for calculating the column selected.
