Unable to place Sim order in DOM

Hi

I am connected to my live broker feed and have opened a DOM and connected to a Sim account called Sim101

When I try to place an order I get a message which is
"There is no market data available to drive the simulation engine. Affected Order: Sell 1 [email protected] *65.55

I cannot work out why it will not allow me to place the order in sim. I have a live license key for Ninja

Do you have a green cell in the bottom left of the Control Center?
Have you set up your connection using one of these set up guide links:

If so, what data feed are you connected to and what instrument are you placing an order on?

Yes I do have a green connected to my PFG data feed

I am trying to place an order on the crude oil CL contract December

I also have a problem with the DOM not able to highlight the last price bar. It shows the bid and ask but not the last price
