stop odrer problem

hello
when i go to place a limit order , it will not let me place a stop limit order below the limit order. my broker says that he is not seeing this order , its as if ninja is not sending it .the error message is "combination ordr type not supported by exchange etc....", so i basicly can"t have a stop in the market . very frustrating....

What instrument are you placing the order on?

I am using MF Global J Trader Patsystems trade the Australian 200 futiures.

Did MF Global say the exchange does support placing two limits, or a limit with a stop limit?

This error comes from the broker.

Have you tried placing your stop-limit after your original limt has gotten filled?
