"Invalid Scope" error

Hello

On Mondays I cannot start NT7 because I receive an error " Invalid scope" trying to load data from Friday 21:00 to 21:01.

Starting from Tuesday to Friday, it connects and it's working.

This error started about 4 months ago.

I connect with NT7 to FXCM, both for Historical and RealTime data.
I've tried to get historical data from NT Servers, but i receive the same error.

Any ideas ? Should I reinstall NT7 ?

What session template are you using on your charts?

• This can be found under Data Series menu > Data > session template

Please follow the steps below to manually attach and send your log and trace files to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com so we may investigate this further:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
• Reference '3190050' in the email
