CQG margin calculations issue

One Broker issued the following alert and I am wondering whether that is also applicable with the NTBrokerage and CQG (which I am using):

CQG is reporting a Margin Calculation Issue across all FCMs/Brokers.

This CQG issue is where previously working or filled orders may contribute to margin calculations on new orders, leading to an incorrect margin calculation, thus causing rejection of order due to insufficient margin (because it is still calculating margin requirement for old orders/positions).

We recommend you do NOT place any new orders until this issue is resolved by CQG.

In this regard, I would highly suggest reaching out to your brokerage directly. You may reach the NinjaTrader Brokerage at brokeragesupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com.

If you suspect you are affected you may reach the order desk at orders (at) ninjatrader (dot) com instead. They would be able to assist you with any affected live orders.

As this forum is not frequented by our Brokerage Team and is focused on the platform itself, this would be the best way to reach out to them directly.
