FDAX Jun2021 receive lot of zero ticks.

Hi

Since last week, a lot of ZERO ticks on future DAX JunE 2021 via Interactive brokers so crash my chart
TWS 978.2C
Ninjatrader 7 .0.1000.42
I contact IB but this is OK -these ZERO ticks doesn't appear on the flow and the zero ticks are on Ninja Trader

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files in so that I may investigate further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments on an e-mail to: platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
• Please include the ticket number 3141595 and ATTTN Spencer F. in the body of the e-mail
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I hope you can find and resolve this problem because since several days my charts looks like this picture .:-(
