I installed NT7 version 7.0.1000.42 on Windows Server 2016 but it has problems: 1) The charts do not show historical bars even NT7 is connected to CQG live data feed. 2) NT7 runs in the background even after the shutdown. I have to go to Task Manager to manually shut it down before I restart it. Please help.

Glad to assist. This may be due to setup or chart type in use.
What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 09-20 AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
(For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
