I'm trying to add a new connection for TDA but in the wizard there is no drop down for TDA. What am I missing?

Hi Funk101:

There are 2 reasons why you may not have the option to connect to TD AMERITRADE with your existing NinjaTrader setup.

1. Your license key is a live Single Broker license key and is currently enabled for live trading with a different broker technology. If you must upgrade your license key to the Multi Broker license or change the broker technology on your Single Broker license, please send a note to sales @ ninjatrader dot com


2. Your license key is not being verified by our servers.

• You have incorrectly entered the license key. Please double check to ensure that you have not accidentally entered an incorrect character or have a space at the end of your license key
• The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software

If none of the above resolutions work, please let us know.
