Time of trade incorrect cause only for trad to be wrong...?

Not even sure how to go about explaining this but currently if I enter and exit a trade in 30 seconds… It will show what I believe to be the time of entry as the close of the previous trade a half an hour ago.… It’s off by half a trade apparently even though I am totally flat at the point in time that I enter a new trade.?

both amounts and indicator arrows on the chart aren’t reporting correctly relative to what actually occurred…??? Am I making sense?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

Here are steps to send the files without opening the platform. Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your log and trace files included as an attachment to the email, so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Put '3116358 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
