Cannot Find Setup File On Order Entry

I am using NT, latest version, with MB Trading. When I enter a trade for a spilt second I see it on the Dynamic DOM, then NT locks up and says it cannot find setup files. I have to control-alt-delete kill the program and relaunch. This is really unnerving since the position will still be open while I kill NT and relaunch it. What is causing this?

Hi,

what version of the MBT Navigator window are you using?

Can you reply by sending an email from within the application, under Help--> Mail to Support.

That way log files will be attached as well. Put in the subject header 'For Vince' and describe the situation one more time.

I am using the latest MB Navigator but it happened the other day on the last revision. I think this is .10 and that was .07. I will send you an email from within the program. It now never gets past "Connecting - MB Trading"
