Switching instrument freezes NT7 for a few minutes

Hi - I have 2 charts, linked by the same color/symbol. When I switch from one instrument to another, the entire NT7 and all charts freezes, mouse doesn't move, for a few minutes before the data loading finally completes.

Why does it take so long?

I have ES for one instrument and ZN for the other, both Globex. One chart is a tick chart, the other chart is a time chart.

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3058039 Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
