NinjaTrader won't start

I installed NinjaTrader last night, but when I try to start the app I get the following error message:

"NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down. Information has been written to the trace file. Please restart NinjaTrader and send us an email via Help > Mail to Support and include information on how you may have encountered this problem. blah blah"

Things I've tried so far are to uninstall then reinstall MS .NET Framework 2.0. I read on a thread on this forum that clearing my browser's cache might help. I also installed .NET Framework 3.5 as well. I tried installing each of the 3 versions available on the website, but I keep getting the same error message above whenever I try to start the app.

Could someone suggest what might be causing this problem, please, and what I can do to resolve it?

Please send your trace file to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, reference this thread and put "Attn Jason" in the subject header.

You can find the trace file at the following location:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20081030 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
