Ninjatrader 7 64 bit not starting

I am able to run both Ninjatrader 7 and 8 32 bit modes and 8 64 bit modes. However, the ninjatrader 7 64 bit icon does not start the program. I have tried uninstalling all files and re-install several times. It works fine on my other machine. I am going to also try visual studio debug and see if I get any more information. Since the program never starts, the logs and trace are empty. If anyone has had this same issue, please let me know. I also do not have anything blocked from the firewall or virus checker. BitDefender does not find any issues.

Do you ever see the brief "splash" window which announces
    that NinjaTrader is starting?

If you have multiple monitors, keep your mouse still after starting.
Otherwise, the NT7 splash window displays on the monitor where
    the mouse happens to be.

After starting NT7, even though you don't see anything, does the
Windows Task Manager show NinjaTrader.exe is running?

If you had multiple monitors before and some have been removed,
you could get workspace issues (like, my chart windows are gone!)
because the physical monitors which previously hosted those charts
    are no longer connected.

I do not have a flash when the Icon is clicked and there is not a proc in task manager.

      Thanks,

Well, I can think of a lot of things, but you're better off getting support
to remote login into your PC and investigate -- I'm sure they have their
        own checklists ...

        Good luck!

          Hello jpygbp,

Can you please open the 'Turn Windows features on or off' window in Windows. Type "turn windows features" in the Windows search field to open it. Check if .NET Framework 3.5 is enabled. If not, please do so and OK. Reboot your computer and check if you can start NinjaTrader 7.

If the issue remains, please repair .NET Framework using the repair tool at the link below and check once more.
This tool detects and tries to fix some frequently occurring issues with the setup of Microsoft .NET Framework or with updates to the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Thanks to everyone for the replies.

I have .net 3.5 and .net 4.8 with a black box. The repair tool did not find any issues but tried to restart the install service.

I have also run SFC and DISM and did not find any file issues.

The current .net versions installed are as follows:
            v2.0.50727.4927
            v3.0.30729.4926
            v3.0.4506.4926
            v3.0.6920.4902
            v3.5.30729.4926
            4.0.0.0
            4.8.04084
