Interactive institutional account

In the past I had a plattform that had problems to send orders to institutional accounts of interactive brokers .. somebody have this problem with Ninja Trader?? remember institutional accounts of Interactivw broker like this http://institutions.interactivebroke.../inst/main.php

I am not aware of any issue with institutional accounts.

Are you able to create a connection to IB and get data with this account?
