Hello NT Support Team, this seems to be a worldwide issue not a regional issue also this is not a local internet or connection issue. I believe there is something up with your server or connectivity.

At this time we are investigating the cause and gathering information. The issue seems to be isolated to demo accounts for the time being, though if you are seeing this issue with a live account please email us at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com ATTN Ryan.

We've received a few reports of users now being able to connect, but this is not yet confirmed by CQG. I would advise restarting the platform to see if the issue is resolved on your end in the meantime.
