I can't login to Ninjatrader

Llevo un año en Ninjatrade7 y no he tenido ningún problema, pero hoy cuando pincho para entrar, me sale una ventana con el mensaje de imposible verificar y probar en unos minutos. Pero el problema ese el mismo durante horas. Actualicé la semana pasada windows 10, pero el viernes puede entrar. Cuál puede ser el problema? Muchas gracias.
