A problem in loading data

Hello!
I just installed Ninjatrader 7 and signed up for the free trial with live futures data and now I have the following problem:

when i try to open any futures data like british pound future , It appears on the screen this sentence ( loading data) And no data is displayed

Did you connect to the demo account Data Provider yet?
(Does Control Center status line show a green connection in lower left?)

Go to:
Control Center -> File -> Connect

Have you setup the Data Provider from the Free Market Data trial
using the demo credentials sent to you via email?
(You cannot connect to a Data Provider until it is added.)

Go to:
Control Center -> Tools -> Account Connections

Hello sam07,

If you select the 6B 06-21 in the SuperDOM, do you receive realtime data?

Could it be you create the chart with a chart template? If so, does the chart load the requested data if you try a chart without a chart template?

sam07, is there a reason you chose NT7 and not NT8? Having used both extensively, I would recommend you use NT8, if that is possible with what you intend to do.
