Question regarding implementing strategy

Hello:
I am new to Ninja Trader and wanted to set up an automatic entry and exit system in the market through my account at Interactive Brokers. I am not a programmer, but I do know the system I want to implement and have the code in file form. Could anyone please advise me on how I can implement my strategy using my file and strategy. The steps to take and the cost?
Any advice welcome.
