Ninjatrader 7 hangs on start

Hi I have a problem this morning my Ninjatrader 7 hangs on start, it opens my workspace, opens two charts and is stuck on Loading Data.

Hello postalman,

First please reset your instruments with the steps below.

• Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
• Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.

Next to ensure you do not have any corrupt data stored please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache, day, minute and tick folders
• Restart NinjaTrader

This initial load may take a little longer than normal since all new data is being loaded from the historical data servers.

Hi the problem I have is that when it starts it automatically starts up the two charts and loading the data, the control center is not accessable, not responding. There is a slight delay when I start the program where I can interact with the control panel but I have not been fast enough to access the pulldown menu. Task manager says it is not responding but has a 10% cpu usage. Maybe I could try starting with a disabled internet.

Is there anyway I can rename the workspace file it is trying to load so I can get this started?

Please use the steps I have provided below to move your current Workspaces:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Go to Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Workspaces
• Select all files and move to another location on your PC such as your Desktop
• Restart NinjaTrader

ok got it to work, went in added NQ 6-21 instrument data in the intrument manager and edited the workspace xml file changed all NQ 3-21 to 6-21 now it does not hang on load.
