Unable to Use ATM in SuperDOM

Hello,
Ive recently installed the latest version of NT 6.5 on a second computer here at my office and have no problems connecting to my accounts and accessing live data feeds through zen fire
However on the Super DOM the ATM strategy box is grayed out and I am unable to use this feature for both live and sim accounts
suggestions?

This is most likely because you are currently using a Dorman license, with these licenses you are not enabled for chart trading, atm strategies, NinjaScript or strategy analyzer. In order to have these available upon live trading you would need to purchase a NinjaTrader live license, or if you wanted to test NinjaTrader with our free version license these functions would also be available.

Have you had NinjaTrader on this PC in the past?



Did you have a Dorman license previously?



Could you take a screenshot of the superDOM you are describing?

I just went and rechecked on that computer and I had not entered the correct multi broker license! .. a colossal brain fa$%
I sincerely apologize for wasting your time but do appreciate your help.
