How exactly is a normal bracket order handled?

Hi!

I used Buttontrader for several years.
I had three choices there.

1. Wait send until hit (simu BT)
2. Send (simu-IB/Native-Exchange)
3. Attached to Open (Pre-send)

I always used the third example. Is this possible with Ninjatrader, too?
I guess Ninjatrader uses the second example.
So if I send this order and my internet connection is down after i submitted the order, will the bracket be send if the order is filled?

example 3: When I ordered with Buttontrader, I had three orders in TWS for a bracket before the order was actually filled. When I order with Ninjatrader, I can only see the Limitorder, before the order is filled.

Unfortunately this kind of order is not available in NinjaTrader as of now.
