I don't think it's going to be helpful to take another lap around this track again as we seem to be getting distracted by a misunderstanding and have already solved your original issue, as you mentioned, this isn't pertinent and is wasting time.
As mentioned if you don't want to run into this issue you'll need to use a single data series on your chart or understand that when using a minute time frame these gaps are expected with multiple data series.
