Thank you for your post.



In order to see the market depth levels in the Buy and Sell columns, you need to be subscribed to Level II data from your provider. Additionally, you will need to right-click your SuperDOM and go to Properties. Under the General section, locate the "Show market depth" option and make sure it is set to True. Click OK to save your changes.

If this property is already set to True, I would suggest reaching out to your data provider to confirm how to receive the level II data.



The Auto Center property will automatically center the inside market price should the last traded price trade outside the visible range on the Price Ladder. In your screenshot, it looks like the price has moved toward the top of the SuperDOM, and the expected behavior is that if it moved up beyond 3880.75 at the top that the price would re-center in the SuperDOM.
