10/27 update

Is there a problem with tonight upgrade? I downloadit and it starts to install and get the following. I click OK and nothing happens.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

• Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
• Delete your browsing history
• Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

• Repeat above instructions
• Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

Am I the only one with this problem?

I get the same error on this update. I have cleared caches, browsing history, cookies, the decks, installed IE v8, tried IE7, IE8, Firefox, saved the file and shut down all browsers and tried an install from the saved setup file.

All I get is that blasted error dialog.

Could you please check for software such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware or anti-virus software that could be intering the download.
