broken chart

Today I installed the NT7 platform. I have free CQG data, but the graph does not appear. Can you please advise me to see futures charts?

Can anyone here help me out. Im new with trading and ninja trader and i bought 1 contract short like a second before the market closed and was unable to close it in tme when i noticed what time it was, ive beenn told dont hold contracts when market is closed, when i tried to close it it asked me to close manually as it cannot be closed by clicking the close button on my DOM.

Am i screwed here or can i manually close the position still?

Can you please tell me what instrument + expiry month you select in the chart. Do you load the requested historical data if you select the ES 03-21?
