I was able to set up my chart to allow me to left click the chart and move it left and right to view different different historical sessions but I cannot drag it up and down to see the price action. How do I enable the vertical free float of the chart? I don't know if I'm explaining it properly.

To pan the chart up or down on the price axis, hold CTRL + Left mouse click within the price axis, and drag your mouse either up or down. This and other information about navigating a chart may be found at the link below;
